For twelve years, Todd traveled the world working as a Producer of Television commercials for such clients as Home Depot, Chili’s, SONY, Chevrolet, and Jamaica Tourism to name only a few. Desiring to spend less time on the road and more time in Los Angeles with his family, Todd began working full time in his passion…real estate.
A twenty year resident of Studio City has given Todd extensive knowledge of the San Fernando Valley. He has also filmed all over the greater Los Angeles area, affording him unique and knowledgeable insights on many sought after locations in LA. Originally from Texas, Todd enjoys the climate and lifestyle of Southern California living. (Don’t try to tell him that it gets hot in the Valley, he’ll tell you that it just doesn’t compare to the heat in Texas.)
